Q1: What is HZG2001 used for? A1: It is a special test rig to verify the function of high voltage electroscopes(voltage detectors). It tests startup voltage and anti-interference performance, complying with DL740-2000 power industry standard.
Q2: What voltage grades of voltage detectors can it test? A2: Standard version covers 10kV,35kV,66kV,110kV,220kV,330kV. We can customize the device for 500kV and higher voltage detectors.
Q3: What tests can this device perform? A3: Two main test items: startup voltage measurement, and anti-interference test including in-phase and reverse-phase electric field interference.
Q4: What is the difference between the two test layouts? A4: One layout for electroscopes with extended contact electrode (mostly used in substations). The other for electroscopes without extended electrode (mostly for overhead transmission lines).
Q5: What space clearance is required for the test site? A5: For rated voltage ≤35kV, keep 1m clearance from surrounding objects. For voltage >35kV, maintain at least 2m clearance to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Q6: Is it easy to switch between different voltage grades? A6: Yes. It uses telescopic insulating poles and replaceable metal rings/spheres. Adjust H1/H2/H3 height and electrode spacing according to rated voltage.
Q7: What is the startup voltage acceptance rule for voltage detectors? A7: It is divided into 4 classes based on detector type. The measured startup voltage must fall into the corresponding range to pass the inspection.
