This equipment is a portable detection device mainly used to detect the pollution attachment status of insulators in power lines. The instrument can measure the salt density and ash density of insulators, simplifying the process of insulator pollution detection and being highly suitable for on-site inspections and laboratory use. The pollution degree of insulators in power lines is mainly characterized by salt density (ESDD) and ash density (NSDD), and this instrument has the function of measuring both salt density and ash density simultaneously.
The device has built-in common solution volumes and insulator models for users to directly call. Insulator models and surface areas support user customization. It is equipped with a data storage function that can save 1,000 groups of test data, which can be viewed on the device. It supports data export to a USB flash drive, and the exported data can be opened in Excel for convenient viewing on a computer. It has a Bluetooth printing function, and measurement results can be printed by connecting an external Bluetooth printer. The device will automatically shut down after 30 minutes of inactivity.
