The DC high-voltage generator is a new-generation portable high-voltage detection instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest Chinese power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Devices - Part 1: DC High Voltage Generators." It is specifically used to test the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices.
This instrument adopts a high-frequency voltage multiplier circuit, utilizing the latest PWM pulse-width modulation technology and voltage-current dual closed-loop feedback technology to improve power supply and load regulation, ensuring high voltage stability and low ripple. The use of imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology eliminates switching interference, achieving high quality and portability for the DC high-voltage generator. Imported high-frequency high-voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the voltage multiplier more compact and lightweight, improving overall efficiency. Based on EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility theory, measures such as shielding, isolation, and grounding are implemented to enhance safety, allowing the instrument to withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument features comprehensive protection functions, including zero-position protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The overvoltage setting uses a digital dial switch for simple operation and high precision. An intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added for zinc oxide arrester testing.
This instrument adopts an integrated design: the voltage multiplier and host are housed in one case. Combining the latest technology and components, it offers compact size, high power, lightweight, easy operation, safety, reliability, and high-quality power output, making it an ideal testing instrument for the high-voltage testing industry.
